The EADV Congress is a hybrid event. All scientific sessions are live-streamed on the official Congress Platform and are made available as on-demand content.
EADV Congress tickets
There are 3 ticket options to participate to the 2025 EADV Congress:
Full Ticket
- The Full Ticket includes:
- Admission to live Congress Scientific Sessions
- Admission to the Networking Symposium on Wednesday 17 September 2025 (No entertainment)
- Access to Subspecialty sessions
- Access to ePosters area, MyEADV Booth and Patient Organisations Area
- Access to the Exhibition hall - only Healthcare professionals and Non Members (INDUSTRY)
- Access to Satellite Symposia and Industry Expert Hub sessions*
- Eligibility to claim ECMEC Credits for participating in live Scientific Sessions
- Transportation pass

Virtual Ticket
- The Virtual Ticket includes:
- Access to the virtual Congress Platform with live-streamed scientific sessions
- Access to all on-demand content until 31 December 2025
- Access to the streaming of Subspecialty sessions
- Access to the online library of ePosters and abstracts
- Access to the online EADV area and Patient Organisations Area
- For Healthcare Professionals and Non Members (INDUSTRY) access to the exhibiting company profiles
- Live-streaming of selected Satellite Symposia and Industry Expert Hub sessions *
- Eligibility to claim ECMEC Credits for participating in the live-streamed Scientific Sessions
1-Day ticket
- On the selected day, the 1-day Ticket includes:
- Admission to live Congress Scientific Sessions
- Admission to the Networking Symposium (No entertainment) **

- Access to ePosters area, MyEADV Booth and Patient Organisations Area
- Access to the Exhibition hall - only Healthcare professionals and Non Members (INDUSTRY)

- Eligibility to claim ECMEC Credits for participating in the live Scientific Sessions
- The daily ticket can be purchased for 1 Congress day only
- To attend the Congress for more than one day, a full ticket valid for the whole duration of the event needs to be purchased
* Industry Session organisers could limit participation to certain representative groups independently from EADV recommendations if deemed imperative to the achievement of the intended purpose of the industry session. The organising company reserves the right to refuse single categories, in particular if not adequately related to the objective and purpose of the session.

Healthcare Professional definition
Access to the different areas and sessions of the Congress depends on the selection of the status HCP or NON-HCP. Please read the description below to ensure you/your delegates comply with the regulations in place. EADV Members are not designated as Healthcare Professionals by default.

Methods of payment
Payment must be received in the EADV accounts before the selected deadlines to validate the order.
Unpaid orders are automatically cancelled after each deadline without further notification.
In the case of Group registration, distributed unpaid tickets will be cancelled.
Payment must be processed in EUR.
Bank transfer
Specify the Order Number / Group Order number and Participant’s Full Name. Bank charges are at the expense of the payer
Credit cards
VISA and MasterCard only.
American Express, Diners Club or Maestro are not accepted.
- After 03.09.2025, only Credit Card payments are possible.
FAQs
What is a Proof of Status?
Proof of Status is a document that verifies the attendee’s official standing or condition in relation to a particular organization (hospital, university, etc.).
This document is required to apply for special non-member categories as Resident (under 35 years old), Student (under 35 years old) or Nurse.
The registration category definition includes the requirements for each category.
Proof of Status is an official document issued by the employer/university including the following information:
- It must be issued in English;
- It must be issued on official hospital letterhead;
- The date of issue must not be older than 6 months from the date of registration;
- It must clearly state the current position of the applicant within the institution, practice, hospital, etc.
- It must display the applicant’s full name and date of birth;
- [For Trainees] It must display the date of the beginning and the end of the period of training (residency);
- It must include the following details about the head of the department: full name, department, email address and telephone number;
- It must be signed by the head of the department (hospital or academic institution);
What is a Proof of Affiliation?
Proof of Affiliation is an official document issued in English by the industry companies registering their employee(s) to attend the event. This document confirms the current position of the attendee within the company and confirms that the applicant is requested to attend the relevant EADV event.
I am an EADV member but I am not able to register with the member fee. What can I do?
Please, make sure your membership dues have been settled.
Afterwards, sign in using the email address linked to the Membership account exclusively.

I am an EADV member but have not renewed my membership yet. Can I still benefit from the member fee?
No, membership has to be renewed in order to register benefiting from the member fee.
I am in the process of becoming an EADV member but I am not sure that my membership will be activated by the deadline. Can I register as a non-member and ask for a reimbursement later on?
No. Participants submitting and paying their registration as Non Members will not be entitled to reimbursement if, at a later stage, they become Members. To benefit from the Member registration fees, please apply no later than 2 weeks before the registration deadline, as it takes around 10 days to get a membership application approved.

Can I attend the EADV Congress with an accompanying person?
No. Due to compliance regulations, accompanying persons (including children) are not permitted to attend the Congress.
I am an invited EADV speaker. Do I need to register to the conference?
EADV invited speakers are directly in contact with the EADV Scientific Team.

Are lunches, coffee breaks and/or dinners included in the registration fee?
No. The registration fee does not include lunches, coffee breaks and/or dinners.

No. The official language of the EADV Event is English and no simultaneous translation is available.
