Become an EADV Member

What you need to know about EADV Membership

  • The EADV membership runs from 1 January to 31 December of each year. If you are joining partway through the year, you will be charged the full annual membership amount.
  • The only way to submit your membership application is by filling in the online application module.
  • Applications are accepted at any time* and will be reviewed by the Membership Team.
  • If all the documents are appropriately submitted, it takes around 5-10 days for the membership application procedure to be concluded (please, kindly consider these timings if applying before any deadline).

How to apply

To apply, we invite you to follow the steps below:

Visit the myEADV Portal

  • If you already have an account, log-in with your credentials. 
  • If you don’t have an account yet, you will be requested to create your own profile (click on the button “Register, it’s free” – the same credentials (email address + password) will be the ones used for your member profile

As soon as the account is created, an activation link is sent to your email address (you need to confirm it within 24 hours) – please check as well within the spam folder of your mailbox.

  1. Click on “back to login” and access using your credentials.
  2. On the top bar of the webpage you will find the “APPLY FOR MEMBERSHIP” button

While filling in the online module you need to upload:

  • A copy of your ID card or passport
  • Additional documentation according to the member category you wish to apply for. At this link you will find full descriptions and relevant documentation to be submitted.

As a last step, please return to membership@eadv.org the duly completed and signed Agreement of Adherence to the EADV Statutes (original handwritten signature is needed)

What happens next

  1. Your application will be revised by the Membership Team. In the event something is missing or not correct you will be contacted to amend/update the document(s).
  2. Upon successful completion of the application, you will receive a confirmation message informing you about the payment instructions.
  3. As soon as your dues are settled (and the amount is received by the EADV) you will be able to register for the EADV events at the member preferential rates**.
  4. Once officially approved by the Membership Department, your account will be activated, and you will receive all of your EADV member benefits.
