What you need to know about EADV Membership

Membership
duration

The EADV membership runs from 1 January to 31 December of each year. If you are joining partway through the year, you will be charged the full annual membership amount. 

Application
process

The only method for submitting your membership application is by completing the online application form.

Application
timing

Applications are accepted at any time and will be reviewed by the Membership Team. Applications received during or after the relevant EADV Congress will be activated for the following year.

Processing
time

If all documents are correctly submitted, the membership application procedure typically takes around 5 working days to conclude. Please consider these timeframes when applying before any deadline. 

How to apply

To apply, please follow the steps below:

Visit the MyEADV Portal

  • If you do not have an account yet, click on the “Create account” button to create your profile. Use the same credentials (email address + password) for your member profile.
  • Once the account is created, an activation link will be sent to your email address. Please confirm it within 24 hours. Also, check your spam folder if necessary.

Access your Account:

  • Click on “back to login” at the top left corner and access using your credentials.
  • On the top bar of the webpage, you will find the “APPLY FOR MEMBERSHIP” button.

Fill in the Online Module

While completing the online module, you need to upload: 

  • A copy of your ID card or passport. 
  • Additional documentation according to the member category you wish to apply for. Refer to this link for full descriptions and relevant documentation. 

Final Step:

Please return the duly completed and handwritten signed Agreement of Adherence to the EADV Statutes to membership@eadv.org.

What happens next

  1. Your application will be reviewed by the Membership Team. If any documents are missing or incorrect, you will be contacted to make the necessary amendments or updates.
  2. Upon successful completion of the application, you will receive a confirmation message providing payment instructions.
  3. Once your dues are settled (and the amount is received by the EADV), you will be eligible to register for EADV events at preferential member rates. 
    IMPORTANT – If you have already attempted to register for an EADV event without your membership being approved, please contact the Registration Team before proceeding further.
  4. Upon official approval by the Membership Department, your account will be activated, and you will begin receiving all of your EADV member benefits.
