Marketing & Communications Coordinator

EADV is looking for a enthusiastic and results-oriented Marketing & Communications Coordinator to join our team Marketing and Communications reporting to the Senior Marketing and Communications Manager. This role requires agility, organization, and composure under pressure. The objectives of this role is to support the team in the implementation of EADV’s communication activities across different channels and platforms, based on the corporate communication guidelines with a focus on Social Media.

Job purpose

Support the team in implementing EADV’s communication activities across different channels and platforms, including writing content, based on the corporate communication guidelines.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Supports the development of a digital communications strategy aligned with EADV’s needs.
  • Assists in implementing content-led communications campaigns across EADV-owned channels and paid and earned media, following the communications strategy and academy requirements.
  • Prepares and executes targeted Direct Email Marketing (DEM) campaigns, effectively segmenting audiences using the EADV database and marketing platform.
  • Monitors and reports on campaign KPIs, providing suggestions for improved engagement.
  • Supports the editorial process of the EADV newsletter by coordinating contributors, editing content, and assisting with layout and design.
  • Assists with marketing and communication activities for the academy during EADV events (congresses and symposia).
  • Help draft press releases and message documents. Assist in organising and managing press conferences during congresses and symposia and support media outreach activities on EADV topics throughout the year.
  • Works closely with external communications and publishing agencies.
  • Supports consistent, coherent, and compliant branding across all digital platforms, materials, and assets, in line with EADV’s standards.
  • Assists in conceiving and designing visuals for promotional activities used on EADV’s digital platforms and other external channels.
  • Collaborates with the Communications team to manage and report on social media and e-marketing campaigns.

  • Experience with email marketing platforms like Mailchimp
  • Experience in Content Management System (CMS) and basic WordPress
  • Experience with Google Ads, Social Media and SEO

Experience and Education:

  • 2-3 years’ experience in a similar role
  • Excellent command of spoken and written English
  • University degree preferred in either communication, languages, creative writing or equivalent
  • Scientific knowledge is a plus
