Letter of invitation
A Letter of Invitation can be provided by EADV to the applicant only upon the completion of the registration process and the receipt of payment.
Applicants can apply for a letter of invitation online. Please follow the instructions on this page.
Please note that a letter of invitation implies no obligation by the Organisers to cover the registration fees, accommodation, travel expenses or any other costs connected to the applicant’s participation in the meeting.
The Registration Team will review the request and respond within 10 working days.
If the registration is not finalised and paid, the Letter of Invitation request will be rejected. Please apply again once registration is complete.
Travel to the Netherlands (Passport and Visa)
The Netherlands is a member of the European Union and belongs to the Schengen Area.
Please note that all travellers, except for those exempt from visa requirements, should apply for the corresponding visa at the local Embassy or Consulate of the Netherlands before leaving their country.
People in possession of a valid residence permit or a valid long-term visa issued by another Schengen Member State should check the validity of the visa to avoid any inconvenience.
If an entry visa is required, please allow sufficient time for the application procedure. The process may be long in certain countries, so we recommend that you contact the nearest Embassy or Consulate of the Netherlands to determine your personal case.
