EADV welcomes the interest of the press and media in relation to the EADV Symposium 2025.
Here you can register as press and find out further information about press and media activities at the Symposium.
How to register as a press representative
Log in or sign up for the EADV Symposium Registration Platform and click on the Application Module.
Press registration is available until Wednesday, 7 May 2025 (23:59 CEST).

Access type
Press Ticket
- The Press Ticket includes:
- Name badge
- Admission to EADV Scientific Sessions
- Admission to the Networking Symposium on Thursday 22 May 2025 (No entertainment)
- Access to the Exhibition hall (for Specialised Press only)
- Access to Satellite Symposia Sessions * (for Specialised Press only)
Along with the virtual access post event
Virtual access
- The virtual access includes:
- Access to all on-demand content until 31 August 2025
- Access to the online library of ePosters and abstracts
- Access to exhibiting company profiles (for Specialised Press only)
Access to the EADV Symposium is granted to members of the medical and professional media. However, relevant representatives of consumer media who require access will be considered on a case-by-case basis.
* Industry is allowed to restrict press access to their Industry Satellite Sessions
Terms and conditions for press registration
- The free registration under the Press/Media Representative category is granted only to journalists or media representatives in possession of:
- A valid press card or an appropriate letter of assignment
- A completed EADV Press and Media Representatives Online Application
- To secure your access for the start of the Symposium, registration is required by Wednesday, 7 May 2025 (23:59 CEST). After this date, EADV cannot guarantee that your application will be processed before the start of the Symposium.
- Onsite registration will not be possible.
Exhibition & HCP restricted sessions
Journalists from specialised press covering the event for healthcare professionals may be exposed to advertising for prescription-only medicinal products. This does not apply to regular press serving the general public or specialised press targeting non-healthcare professionals. For this reason, the Exhibition Area has restricted access:
- Access to all EADV scientific sessions
- Access to Industry Satellite Session(s) (if open to Non HCPs) The organising company may restrict press access to their session.

- Access to the EADV Exhibition Area
- Access to Industry Satellite Session(s)
The organising company may restrict press access to their session.
It is the responsibility of the individual press representative to ensure information submitted via the Press Representative Application Form is accurate and true.
