The EADV Podcast Team, in collaboration with Podcast Scientific Advisors Prof. Carle Paul and Dr. Sarah Walsh, is seeking two motivated JEADV Junior Editors (1 male and 1 female) to serve as Moderators for the successful EADV Podcast Programme. This is a unique opportunity to contribute to the journal’s expanding digital initiatives, engage with leading dermatology experts, and enhance your professional visibility.
Responsibilities
As moderators you will:
- Moderate JEADV podcasts, including live and recorded sessions.
- Prepare interview questions and coordinate with authors and invited speakers.
- Collaborate with the Editorial Office to ensure smooth podcast production.
Eligibility criteria
- Excellent proficiency in spoken English.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to craft a compelling and well-paced narrative flow.
- Interest or experience in science communication, interviewing, or media projects.
- Availability to moderate a minimum of 3 episodes per year.
Shortlisted candidates will be invited for a brief interview with the Podcast Scientific Advisors and the Editorial Office.
Successful applicants will then receive tailored training to be prepared for their role as moderators.
