Non-invasive characterization of melanoma depth at single-cell resolution
Non-invasive determination of Breslow depth would be beneficial for the clinical management of melanoma. We demonstrate that RSOM can achieve non-invasive imaging of single melanocytes up to several millimetres in tissue. A pilot clinical study showed a high degree of correlation between RSOM and the standard for Breslow depth determination.

Infant palmar hyperlinearity and type 2 inflammatory markers predict atopic dermatitis at 1 year of age
Infant palmar hyperlinearity and elevated type 2 inflammatory markers at 2 months of age are associated with increased risk of developing atopic dermatitis by 1 year, suggesting a potential early-life clinical and immunological phenotype of AD.
Systemic treatment of immune checkpoint inhibitor-induced psoriasis: Inference-based guidance
When managing psoriasis, induced or exacerbated by ICI therapy for cancer, there are concerns regarding immunosuppression from systemic agents for the treatment of psoriasis and the potential impact on ICI efficacy. No direct, high-level evidence exists to address these concerns. ICI, immune checkpoint inhibitor; ICI-Ps, ICI-mediated psoriasis; IL, interleukin; PDE-4, phosphodiesterase-4; saPs, systemic agents for the treatment of psoriasis; TNF, tumour necrosis factor; TYK2, tyrosine kinase 2.
Trichophyton indotineae: Epidemiology, antifungal resistance and antifungal stewardship strategies
There is a concerning trend of widespread and severe superficial fungal infections caused by a new pathogen—Trichophyton indotineae—resistant to standard antifungal therapies. T. indotineae is now spreading globally and evolving. There is increasing urgency for healthcare providers and policy makers to initiate surveillance systems and antifungal stewardship programs.
