EADV Task Force Skin Diseases in Pregnancy Mission

The Task Force (TF) for Skin diseases in pregnancy focuses on the specific characteristics of physiological and pathological skin conditions during pregnancy and lactation. It collects and analyses evidence-based information on therapeutic options for dermatoses in the context of family planning, conception, pregnancy, and breastfeeding.

The Skin diseases in pregnancy TF takes particular pride in the development of up-to-date informational leaflets addressing special therapeutic situations, thereby offering valuable guidance for both patients and medical colleagues.

The activities of this Task Force are reflected in contributions to scientific congresses and continuing medical education events.

This group supports ongoing education and courses for skin problems in pregnancy and lactation. Members of this Task Force already organised successfully several fostering courses and online educational courses.

New members with a strong interest and enthusiasm for these topics are warmly welcomed at any time.
