EMAIL ADDRESS
The active email address (business or private) of each delegate.
Do not use fake email addresses or email addresses not linked to the attendee, otherwise your clients cannot access the event, claim certificates or CME credits.
For EADV members: Make sure that you use the email address connected to the EADV membership account. The online registration system can recognize an EADV member only by this information.+A refund is not allowed if an attendee becomes EADV Member after registration or an incorrect email address was used for registration

Do not register using someone else’s credentials
Only the Registration Owner is entitled to put through any request concerning the registrations (e.g. name changes) and receive registration documents (QR Codes, invoices, etc).
A Third-Party processing the registration directly from one of the participants’ accounts is NOT considered the Registration Owner.
