Ukraine - Congress 2024 Scholarship
EADV will continue its support of Ukrainian colleagues by providing access to the 2024 EADV Congress in Amsterdam, whether for virtual participation or attendance on-site
Face-to-face attendance
The EADV is offering 15 scholarships for by those participants travelling to Amsterdam and joining the Congress in person.
These scholarships include complimentary registration and a travel reimbursement of EUR 1’000.

Mandatory criteria
- Must be a Resident/Trainee, or Specialist in Dermatology and/or Venereology
- Must be currently working in Ukraine (at the time of the application) or had to leave Ukraine due to the war
- Must have adequate knowledge of the English language to follow scientific discussions.
- Must not have previously received this scholarship
- A preference will be given to EADV Members and/or abstract submitters and/or speakers for the 33rd Congress
Required documentation
- A personal motivation letter in English (5-10 sentences), specifying what are the reasons that are motivating you to attend the event
- A short CV in English (not more than 3 pages)
- A letter of support, written on official headed paper, signed and stamped, written either by the training director/ head of department, hospital or clinic endorsing the application
- A current copy of the applicant’s dermatology/venereology training certificate in English indicating the start and end date or dermatology/venereology specialist certificate
- A copy of ID (i.e. identity card, passport)

The EADV will offer free access to the 33rd EADV Virtual Congress Platform during the event (25th to 28th September) and until 31 December 2024.
