The EADV offers financial support of 300 EUR to dermatology and venereology residents who are members and participated to the EADV Games in the EADV Congress in Vienna 2026.

Eligibility Criteria: To qualify for the grant, all the following conditions must be met:

1. The participant must be a resident in dermatology or venereology.
2. The participant must be a current EADV Member in good standing (i.e. annual dues must be paid at the time of confirmation).
3. The resident must not be financially supported by industry (e.g. travel, registration, accommodation).

The payment will be made via bank transfer.

Bank charges will be shared: i.e. EADV will pay its bank charges and the beneficiary will pay his/her ones. The amount of the bank charges depends on the beneficiary bank. The beneficiary will receive the amount transferred less his/her bank charges, for non SEPA country this could be an important amount (SEPA country are EU countries plus Switzerland and Norway).

It is the responsibility of the beneficiary to provide correct and complete bank details, in case of a payment returned to EADV for incomplete, incorrect or wrong bank details, EADV will deduct the bank charges when reprocessing the payment.

In case the participant name and the bank holder name are different an explanation is requested.

It is not possible to make a payment to a bank located outside the beneficiary home address.
