EADV NURSE DAY
Saturday, 12 October 2019
during the 28th EADV Congress in Madrid
Join Nurse Day on Saturday, 12 October 2019 in Madrid where you will be able to participate in a full-day programme focused on two major topics: hand dermatitis and wound healing, presented by a mixed faculty of renowned dermatologists and nurse specialists.
Morning lectures will be followed by parallel interactive sessions in the afternoon.
Please take a look at the full programme here below or visit https://eadvmadrid2019.org/scientific/nurse-day/
The afternoon format is of particular interest and also offers the opportunity to actively partake in discussions, clear up any doubts or procedures and provide fresh knowledge and inspiration.
The invited speakers will present and discuss how the clinical nurse specialist can support patients in preventing and managing hand eczema (how to identify trigger factors, restore skin barrier function, find the right moisturizing product), as well as the best choice and application of gloves in different areas of the workplace and various skin hazards in healthcare.
While the section dedicated to wound healing will explore its medical history and a number of real-life patient cases examining strategies, innovative products and techniques, and finally focus on interactions between nurses and doctors and a team-based approach for caring and treating patients.
We cordially welcome all Nurses with a special interest in dermatology.
Benefit from our dedicated Nurse’s rate of EUR 100 that also allows you the opportunity to participate in all of the 28th EADV Congress scientific sessions.
