Job Purpose: The goal is to cooperate with the scientific programming committee and put in place the scientific program to ensure sustainability.


Key responsibilities

Supervises scientific program

Coordinates activities of team members (speakers, abstracts, webinars, evaluation form, CME, CPD and all related topics)

Supervises subspecialty society meetings and programs during EADV events

Oversees scientific ratings and publications

Selects speakers and attends programming meeting

Supervises briefing of scientific hostesses during the EADV Events

Proof reads scientific program and related documents

Administrates scientific programme management software


Required skills

8 years experience in a similar role

Excellent understanding of Dermatology, medical and other scientific topics

Excellent command/highly proficient in spoken and written English

Effective interpersonal and leadership skills

Proven experience in scientific programme management software

Ability to analyze large amounts of information

Propose solutions and strategies to business challenges

Evidence of the ability to practice a high level of confidentiality

Working experience in medical association and/or non-profit sector



MSc/MA in Medical Scientific Research or related field; PhD is a plus
