Observership programme for dermatovenerologists in Austria
The Austrian Society for Dermatology and Venerology (ÖGDV) has initiated an observership program for dermatovenerologists from the Ukraine who are currently staying in Austria.
The aims of this observership program are, first, to offer some kind of financial support (3000 € per observership) and, second, to make Ukrainian colleagues, who may intend to stay and work in Austria, familiar with the way that dermatologic care is provided in our country and with the Austrian health care system in general.
The duration of such an observership can be 1 or 2 months.
Interested Ukrainian colleagues should preferably contact a dermatologic hospital department located in the vicinity of their current location.
Contacted departments will then forward respective requests to the Austrian Society for Dermatology and Venerology (ÖGDV).
Free access to EADV e-learning content
The EADV has taken one step further to support Ukrainian colleagues by offering free access to all EADV e-learning content, including UEMS-EACCME accredited courses.
If you are a specialist or trainee in dermatovenereology with Ukrainian citizenship, you can apply for free access to the EADV Learning platform [https://www.eadvlearning.org/].
